Percon Construction Ltd., a division of the Permasteel Group of Companies, is a general contractor specializing in design build and pre-engineered steel buildings. We have an immediate opening in our general contracting and metal building divisions for a Building Technologist (Jr. Architect) preferably with 2 to 5 years experience. You must have extensive AutoCad and design/rendering software experience. A thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction and a good working knowledge of contract management, negotiation, planning, estimating, and scheduling would be an asset. You must have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Position is Vancouver based with some travel, as required.
